Not Solved SQL Connection issue

I am using below SQL connection string to open the connection.

<add name="Test" connectionString="server=Myserver;database=Mydatabase;uid=Myuid;password=Myserver;Connection Timeout=30000;"/>

when i am opening sql connection for a server, it is getting hanged but not returning anything.

Strangely when i try with different sql server it is getting opened. I able to open the connection from a standalone application but unable to open after deploying iis.

Not Solved RE: SQL Connection issue
Try the following format.
    <add name="ConnStringDb1" connectionString="Data Source=localhost;Initial Catalog=YourDataBaseName;Integrated Security=True;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />

Not Solved RE: SQL Connection issue
Basically, when you failed to connect to your SQL Server, the issue could be:
1) Network issue,
2) SQL Server configuration issue.
3) Firewall issue,
4) Client driver issue,
5) Application configuration issue.
6) Authentication and logon issue.
